story by Michael Inalegwu Ogah
art by Deji
The Japa Four—James, Paul, Adam, and Azeez can’t believe their good fortune. They have all secured visas to travel to different destinations, with their flights booked on the same day. Their joy knows no bounds.
They arrive at the airport on the scheduled day, glad to be together one more time. But to their shock, they meet an empty airport and are soon faced with the bitter reality that their dreams may never come true.
